Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms explain how booking with Agape Voyages works, what we will do for you, and what we ask of you in return, so that everyone can simply enjoy the journey.

1. About us and these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and Agape Voyages Private Limited ("Agape Voyages", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: [CIN]), with its registered office at Survey No. 6, 2/91, 5th Floor, MR Prime, BP Raju Marg, Whitefields, Kondapur, Serilingampally, K.V. Rangareddy, Telangana - 500084.

They apply to all small group journeys and tailor-made trips we arrange, and to your use of this website. Our Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Please read them all before booking.

2. Our role

We design and organise your trip and arrange services from independent suppliers, such as hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, boat and safari operators and local guides. These suppliers have their own terms and conditions, which also apply to the services they provide.

3. Making a booking

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit, as set out in our Payment Policy, and send you a written booking confirmation. The person making the booking must be at least 18. They accept these terms on behalf of everyone named on the booking and are responsible for payment.

Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if any details are wrong. Names must match your passport exactly.

4. Small group journeys

  • Group journeys run with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 travellers
  • Every group journey is accompanied by a dedicated Agape Voyages travel curator from the start of the trip to the end
  • If a departure does not reach the minimum group size, we may cancel it no later than 45 days before departure. You can then choose a full refund or transfer to another departure
  • Rooms are shared on a twin basis unless you book a single supplement. Where we cannot match a solo traveller with a roommate of the same gender, we may provide a single room at no extra cost
  • Group travel means sharing experiences, transport and timings with others. We ask all travellers to be considerate, punctual and respectful of fellow guests, local people and cultures

5. Tailor-made trips

Tailor-made trips are priced and arranged individually. Any supplier-specific conditions, such as non-refundable safari lodges or flights, will be set out in your quote. Where they differ from our standard policies, the quote takes priority.

6. Prices, payments and cancellations

Prices, deposits, balance dates, accepted payment methods and taxes are explained in our Payment Policy. International trips are priced in foreign currency, so the amount you pay in INR is based on the exchange rate on each payment date. Cancellation charges, refunds and transfers are explained in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes to your itinerary

Travel involves many moving parts. We may need to change an itinerary because of weather, supplier availability, local conditions or safety. We will always try to offer an alternative of similar standard.

If we have to make a significant change before departure, we will tell you as soon as possible. You can then accept the change, transfer to another trip, or cancel for a full refund. During the trip, your travel curator may adjust timings or activities in the interest of safety or the group's enjoyment.

8. Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (usually valid for at least 6 months after your return date), any required visas, and the vaccinations or health documents required for your destinations. We are happy to share general guidance, but final responsibility rests with you. We cannot be liable if you are refused boarding or entry because of missing documents.

Please tell us about any medical conditions, mobility limitations or dietary needs when you book, so we can check the trip is suitable. Some experiences, such as desert camps, volcano hikes and safari drives, need a reasonable level of fitness.

9. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of joining any group journey. It must cover cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and repatriation, and any adventure activities on your trip. Please send us your policy details before departure.

10. Conduct

Your travel curator or local guides may ask a traveller to leave the trip if their behaviour puts others at risk, seriously disrupts the group, or breaks local laws. In that case no refund will be due, and any extra costs will be the traveller's responsibility.

11. Photography

Our travel curators sometimes take photos on tour. We will only use photos in which you can be identified for marketing with your consent, and you can tell us at any time if you prefer not to appear.

12. Our liability

We will arrange your trip with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay caused by:

  • Your own acts or omissions
  • The independent acts of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control
  • Events beyond anyone's reasonable control, as described below

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure to perform, or for changes to, a trip caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, strikes, and the closure of airports, borders or attractions. In such cases we will do our best to help, and any refunds will follow our Cancellation Policy.

14. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, please tell your travel curator straight away so they can try to fix it on the spot. If it is still not resolved, please write to us within 30 days of your return and we will respond promptly.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
