Payment Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains how and when to pay for your journey with Agape Voyages, the payment methods we accept, and how taxes are applied.

1. Prices and exchange rates

Trips within India are priced and payable in Indian Rupees (INR).

International trips are priced in the currency of the destination or of our overseas suppliers, usually US Dollars (USD), and your quote shows that base price. When you pay in INR, the INR amount of each payment (deposit and balance) is calculated at the exchange rate on the date of that payment. This means the INR amount may go up or down between your quote, your deposit and your balance payment.

Your quote and booking confirmation show the base currency, the price in that currency, and exactly what is included.

2. Deposit and balance

PaymentWhen it's due
Deposit: 25% of the trip costAt the time of booking, to confirm your place
Balance: remaining 75%No later than 60 days before departure
Full paymentAt the time of booking, if you book within 60 days of departure

Your place is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a booking confirmation. We will send you a reminder before your balance is due. For international trips, the reminder will show the INR amount at the current exchange rate, which is confirmed on the day you pay.

3. How to pay

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or international wire transfer. Our bank details will be on your invoice
  • UPI
  • Credit or debit card, through a secure payment link that we email to you

Our website never asks for or stores your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway. Any gateway or card fees will be shown to you before you pay.

For your security, we will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Our bank details will not change by email without a phone call from us. If in doubt, call us on +91-77804-08958 before paying.

4. Taxes

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged on our services as required by Indian law. Our GSTIN is [GSTIN].

For overseas tour packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is collected where Section 206C(1G) of the Income-tax Act applies. It will be shown separately on your invoice, and you can claim it against your income tax liability.

5. Invoices and receipts

Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt, and a tax invoice is issued in the name of Agape Voyages Private Limited. Please tell us at the time of booking if you need the invoice in a company name.

6. If the balance isn't paid

If we do not receive your balance by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you. Cancellation charges will then apply as set out in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Price changes

Once your booking is confirmed, we will not increase the trip price in its base currency except because of changes in government taxes, fees or levies, or airline fuel surcharges that are outside our control. If this happens, we will notify you in writing with details as soon as possible.

For international trips, changes in the INR amount caused by exchange-rate movements are not a price increase. They reflect the exchange rate on the date of each payment, as explained above.

8. Currency and bank charges

We use the exchange rate applied by our bank or payment gateway on the date your payment is received. Any bank charges, and any exchange-rate differences between the day you send a payment and the day we receive it, are your responsibility. The amount we receive must match the invoiced amount.

Refunds for international trips are calculated on the amount we received in INR, less any cancellation charges. They are not adjusted for later exchange-rate movements.
