Agape Voyages Private Limited ("Agape Voyages", "we", "us") organises small group journeys and tailor-made trips. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, as defined in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

When you make an enquiry through our website or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The destinations and travel dates you are interested in
• Anything you choose to tell us in your message

When you book a trip, we also collect what we need to arrange it:

• Full name as shown on your passport, date of birth, nationality, and passport details
• Emergency contact details
• Dietary requirements, accessibility needs and relevant medical information that you choose to share
• Travel insurance details
• Payment and billing records (we never see or store your full card details)

• To reply to your enquiry and send you quotes and itineraries
• To make and manage your booking, including hotels, transport, guides, permits and activities
• To keep you safe while travelling and to contact your emergency contact if needed
• To take payments, issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations
• To meet other legal requirements, and to protect our legal rights

We process your data on the basis of your consent, and where necessary to provide the services you have asked for. We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We only share what is needed to deliver your trip or run our business:

• Travel suppliers such as hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, boat operators, ground handlers and local guides. Many are outside India, in the countries you are visiting
• Our email service provider, which delivers enquiries sent through our website form
• Payment providers and banks that process your payments
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires us to

Where your data is transferred outside India, we do so only as permitted under the DPDP Act and only for the purpose of your trip.

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We keep booking and payment records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, which is generally up to 8 years. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. Access is limited to team members who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
• Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed. Some data may be kept where the law requires it
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out, but may mean we cannot continue with a booking
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity
• Raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India

Travellers under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. We process a child's data only with verifiable consent from their parent or guardian, and only to arrange their travel.

We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
