A weekend safari that starts with breakfast in Nairobi on Friday morning and has you at the airport on Tuesday. Drive in pop-up-roof 4x4s over the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara for three days on the plains with the Big Five and, in season, the Great Migration.

Day 1
Karibu Kenya
Meet your travel curator and group over a welcome breakfast in Nairobi. Landing that morning? Freshen up in a day room first. Drive to the Mara, stopping at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, for a relaxed evening at camp.

Day 2
The Mara
A full day on safari with a picnic lunch on the plains.

Day 3
Deeper into the Mara
Dawn and dusk game drives to the Mara River and the far reaches of the reserve, with a Maasai village visit in between.

Day 4
Back to Nairobi
Optional sunrise balloon flight over the Mara, then drive back to Nairobi for a farewell dinner.

Depart
Transfers to Nairobi airport for onward flights.
